If you change your mind, tell us at hello@torr.coffee within 14 days after the day you receive your goods. You then have a further 14 days to send them back. You do not need to give a reason. Include your name, order number and the items you wish to return.
Please contact us for the correct return address, as items may be fulfilled by different suppliers. You may also send your cancellation notice to Ruaridh Sime trading as TORR Padel, 3 Upland Road, Glasgow, G14 9BG, United Kingdom. Contacting us for instructions does not limit your right to cancel.
You may inspect goods as you would in a shop. We may deduct an amount for loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Please include the supplied accessories and packaging where possible.
For a change-of-mind return, you pay the direct return postage unless we provide a prepaid label at no charge. We cover reasonable return costs for faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods.
For a valid cancellation, we refund the returned goods and the basic outbound delivery charge applicable to the cancelled order. We do not refund the extra cost of an upgraded delivery service. Refunds use the original payment method, without a refund fee, within 14 days of receiving the goods back or receiving evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier. Your payment provider may take additional time to show the credit.
Email hello@torr.coffee with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos can help us resolve it but are not a condition of your statutory rights. We will arrange the appropriate refund, repair or replacement. Change-of-mind deadlines do not remove your rights where goods are faulty, not as described or otherwise fail to meet legal standards.
