TORR Padel works with fulfilment partners who dispatch items directly to customers. Available delivery destinations, services and charges are shown at checkout after you enter your address.
Products from different partners may arrive separately and may each carry a delivery charge. Review the full delivery total before paying. We do not offer a store-wide free-delivery promise.
Where a delivery estimate is shown for your chosen service, it is an estimate unless expressly described as guaranteed. Dispatch cut-off times, weekends, bank holidays and the destination can affect arrival. If no estimate is shown, contact hello@torr.coffee before ordering so we can confirm arrangements. Unless we agree otherwise with you, goods will be delivered within 30 days.
When tracking is available, we send it to the email address on your order. Please check your delivery details before placing an order. If your parcel is late, missing or damaged, contact hello@torr.coffee with your order number. TORR remains your point of contact for resolving delivery problems; you do not need to negotiate with our fulfilment partners.
